• Returns are accepted only if the items are unused, not damaged, and in the same condition as sent.
• You may return an item if:
  The wrong product was sent, or
  You changed your mind after receiving it.
• Please contact us before sending anything back.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and checked.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a parcel is lost or damaged by Royal Mail, we are not responsible once the package has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided.
